Non-rated standard access panel designed with a one inch exposed flange for flush installation in any wall or ceiling. Standard as 16 gauge door and frame, with top & bottom concealed pin-type hinges* and & screwdriver operated cam latch. All access doors are individually boxed and come standard as powder-coat prime-painted gray. Finish painting by others. * Continuous piano-type hinge is optional on all doors, but standard on doors 24" tall and larger.

Material :	16 gauge steel.

Lock / latch :	screwdriver operated cam latch (stock).
