On February 17, 2009, President Obama signed into law The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act that includes a provision favoring domestic sources. The Buy American provision included in this new bill establishes a general preference for goods produced in the United States. With many of our products assembled in our manufacturing facility in Pennsylvania, our Grade 1 and Grade 2 lock products meet the requirements of the Buy American Act.
