| Lock Preps: | 86 Mortise Edge Prep: This is a 1 1/4" x 8" mortise edge (pocket only) prep. There are no face bores (holes) through the door. 161 Single Bore Lock Prep: 2 1/8" hole x 2 3/4" backset. Double Bore Lock Prep: This is the standard cylindrical single bore lock prep (2 1/8" hole x 2 3/4" backset) plus the same prep located 10" center-to-center above for a deadlock prep. Door Face Sheet: 6-Panel 18 gauge
Door Core: Polystyrene Insulated core
Hinge Reinforcement: 10 Gauge high frequency dual purpose hinge reinforcement w/ return bend for added strength and rigidity. Field convertible to accommodate heavy weight hinges.
Top End Channel: 18 gauge inverted top channel projection welded to the door skins and tack-welded at each corner.
Surface Closer Reinforcement: 18 gauge box style door closer reinforcement.
Bottom End Channel: 18 gauge inverted bottom channel projection welded to the door skins and tack-welded at each corner.
