Pemko 345AV Door Bottom Sweep
Surface door sweep with built-in rain drip.  This door bottom sweep is supplied with a gray Eco-V ("V") insert.

Door sweeps are surface applied to the face of a door. They are commonly used on the exterior of outswing doors.
