Pemko 573x5AFG Flexible Commercial Threshold
MDI Supply pleased to introduce the Pemko 573x5 series threshold, a commercial threshold with a flexible joint. The flexible joint allows the threshold to flex as much as 20 degrees up or down, or to expand up to an additional 1/4". Ideal applications include uneven floor surfaces or building components that expand and contract, or move slightly, such as a floating ramp or an expansion joint.
The flexible joint is made from a thermoplastic elastomer that adds an additional benefit as a thermal barrier. A thermal barrier threshold doesn’t allow heat to be transferred from one side of the threshold to the other, which would normally cause condensation.
Tis item is special order and once ordered it cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged.
