The S206A door saddle is one a very common saddle thresholds.  It can be added to an opening at time of door/frame installation or later after the door and frame were already installed.  This threshold is not attached to the door/frame unit as with residential saddles.  Rather, this threshold gets installed to the floor it sits on giving you the ability to install it after the door and frame is already installed * which is a common process with commercial openings and with commercial thresholds.

The Reese S206A series threshold is a barrier free, BHMA Certtified threshold and is UL Listed.
