Fire Rating: 2 hour fire barrier, 1 ½ hour B label,  maximum temperature rise:»  after 30 minutes: 250° F (139° C).

»  after 60 minutes: 450° F (250° C).

For Ceiling:

one (1) hour combustible rating; & three (3) hours non-combustible rating MEA # 507-06-M.

 

For Wall:

in conformance with the following codes: UL10b, UL-555, ASTM E152, NFPA 252, ULC-S104 & MEA # 507-06-M
 
Material: Satin coated steel 16 gauge frame & 20 gauge door.
Hinge: continuous piano hinge allows opening to 165° 
Lock / latch: Self latching tool-key operated latch and/or ring operated latch, both included
Inside panel release: standard on all doors
Automatic panel closer: standard on all doors
Finish: phosphate dipped steel with Sherwin-Williams high quality grey powder coat primer
Finish We are currently in the process of changing over our primer finish to white on our steel access doors.  While we are in this transition period you may receive orders of access doors with either gray or white primer or a combination of both.  This is only a primer (prime-paint) finish and it is expected that you will finish paint the product.  You cannot reject the door based on the color of primer you receive.
Packaging: wrapped individually in a box 
Rough Opening: Width + 1/4" x Height + 1/4". *

Options:
Lock / latch: cylinder lock and key, handle operated cam latch mortise preparation for cylinder lock (cylinder optional).  Please note that changing the lock from a standard lock/latch to an optional one will increase the availability to Ships in 1-2 Weeks.
NOTES: 1.   Max. size to maintain fire rating: 

Ceiling: 24" x 36"

Wall: 48" x 48"
2. Panels that are 32" and taller will be shipped with two latches.  If you order any optional latching you will get (1) standard & (1) optional latch on the door(s).
3. If you choose any of the lock/latching options that option will add 1-2 weeks lead-time for production prior to shipment.
